Eileen Swanson is totally dedicated to achieving excellence in this grueling sport. In pursuing this extreme career, Eileen trains for the three ’swim, bike, and run’ disciplines seven days a week. It can involve swimming in lakes, ocean, or pools – biking through flat rural roads or over mountain roads – running trails – plus doing indoor gym work and helping all of her athletes!
